It has been revealed that a completely new TV anime series, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance, will be produced as part of the popular anime series Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. This is the first completely new anime announced in about six years since the 2018 anime film Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation. The title includes the words "Gun," "Blaze," and "Vengeance," and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha will enter a new stage in the milestone year of the series' 20th anniversary. Details of the story and characters will be announced in the future.
It was also revealed that the title of the new manga to be serialized in "Wednesday Sirius" (Kodansha) in 2025 will be "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS", and the logo and key visual were also released. The original idea is by Masaki Tsuzuki, and the illustrations are by Shuichi Kawakami, who also worked on "Lyrical Store" and "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Innocent". It was also announced that the memorial illustration collection "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Memorial Visual Collection" (Gakken) will be released on February 27, 2025.
