The movie "The Confidence Man JP: Princess" (directed by Ryo Tanaka, released in 2020), starring actress Masami Nagasawa, will be broadcast on Fuji TV's "Saturday Premium" slot (9:00 p.m. on Saturday) on December 28th.
"The Confidence Man JP" is a drama series that aired on Fuji TV's "Monday 9" slot from April 2018, and "Princess Edition" is the second movie version. This is a "delightful entertainment comedy" in which confidence tricksters Dako (Nagasawa), Bokkun (Higashide Masahiro), and Richard (Fumiyo Kohinata) use grandiose and fantastical schemes in various industries to swindle large sums of money from people consumed by greed. In the "Princess" episode, Dako and her friends become the next "fish" of the world's wealthiest family, the Fuu family.
