Saiyuki RELOAD BLAST, a part of the popular manga series Saiyuki by Kazuya Minekura, was published in the November issue of Monthly Comic ZERO-SUM (Ichijinsha), released on September 28th. This is the first time the series has been published in five years, since the July 2019 issue of the magazine, released on May 28th, 2019. It graced the cover of the issue with the caption "The legend restarts."

The latest chapter was published in a massive 62 pages. As a special bonus, it comes with a set of two Saiyuki RELOAD BLAST photos featuring original illustrations by Minekura.

The Saiyuki series is a popular manga modeled after the Chinese fantasy novel Journey to the West, and began serialization in 1997. Set in a world where humans and monsters coexist in a utopia, the story follows Tripitaka monk Xuanzang, Son Goku and his companions as they journey to Tenjiku to find out why the monsters have become so violent. It has been adapted into a TV anime five times so far, as well as an OVA (original video animation), an anime movie and a musical.

Saiyuki Reload Blast is the final chapter of the series, and began serialization in Monthly Comic Zero-Sum in December 2009. The TV anime aired from July to September 2017.

In the same issue, Alaska Pan's new series Niemiko and Aida Koji Choco Pudding's new series Utakata no Mujina started, while D. Kissan's The Divine Writer Murasaki Shikibu's Impossible Days and Katase Rita's Wake Up If It's a Dream appeared in center color.
