It has been announced that the first and second parts of the episode "Ooka Momiji's Sweet Trap," set in Kyoto, of the TV anime "Detective Conan" (Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV, Saturday 6pm), based on the popular manga by Aoyama Gosho, will be broadcast for two consecutive weeks on September 21st and 28th. A special PV that hints at the exploits of Edogawa Conan and Hattori Heiji has been released on YouTube.
In "Ooka Momiji's Sweet Trap," a stage play based on Kogoro is planned, and Conan and his friends visit Kyoto for a meeting... Heiji is also present at the meeting, and a murder occurs at the scene, and the detectives begin to solve the mystery.
"Detective Conan" is scheduled to be exhibited at the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair (Kyoto Maf) 2024, an event to be held at Miyako Messe (Kyoto City Industrial Promotion Hall) in Kyoto and other locations on September 21 and 22, and a special promotional video for "Ooka Momiji's Sweet Trap" will also be shown at the booth of Yomiuri TV's animation brand, ytv animation. On September 22, the Kyoto International Manga Museum will host a special screening of the animated film "Detective Conan: Crimson Love Letter" with English subtitles, titled "Anime Cinema Night."
