The manga "Mobile Suit Gundam Eight" began serialization in the August issue of the magazine "Monthly Gundam Ace" (KADOKAWA), which went on sale on June 26th.
To commemorate the 24th anniversary of the magazine's launch, Kamoshida Hajime and Takagi Hideaki have teamed up to create a completely new alternative series. The story is set on Earth, the third planet in the solar system, in the year 2030, when there are only 25 survivors and only one Gundam left.
The issue comes with a promotional card for the Gundam Astray Gold Frame Ten from the game Mobile Suit Gundam Arsenal Base.
