Actor Yoshioka Riho appeared at an event for the film "Transformers: One" (released September 20th) held in Tokyo on September 11th. Yoshioka will be the voice actor for the female commander Elita-1 in the Japanese dubbed version. This is Yoshioka's first attempt at dubbing a foreign film, and she revealed, "I've done voice acting for animation a few times, but this is my first time dubbing for a Hollywood blockbuster like this. So when I got the offer I was nervous in many ways... I knew I had to train hard. I was trembling with fear before recording."

Kimura Ryohei, who plays Bumblebee, and Kimura Subaru, who plays Optimus Prime, also appeared at the event. Kimura Ryohei praised Yoshioka's acting, saying, "It didn't seem like it was her first time doing dubbing. Her acting really had a dubbing feel to it, and I can tell she really loves dubbing." Yoshioka said, "I'll cry when I get home...! The sound director took the comedy scenes seriously, and spent the most time on them. He told me to be more playful and make the scenes more interesting during the recording, so I did the voice acting."

Kimura Subaru also praised Yoshioka, saying, "The recording staff all said, 'You're so good!' and I also heard from the sound director, 'You can look forward to it, it's amazing!'"

Yoshioka said, "You'll be amazed at the beauty of the images, which could only be achieved with real CG created in the memorable year of the 40th anniversary of Transformers. I don't think there's any other story like this, where Optimus Prime and Megatron were best friends! When I read the script, I was overcome with emotion. You also have to see the part where Bumblebee speaks! It was an honor to be able to join such a reliable team. I hope you look forward to the movie's release on September 20th."

"Transformers: ONE" features a young Optimus Prime and Megatron, and depicts the origins of Transformers transformation and the biggest battle in Transformers history, the Battle of Cybertron.
