A new TV commercial for Suntory's beer "The Premium Malt's" starring actress Suzu Hirose began airing nationwide on June 2nd. The commercial is the fourth in the "Premium Malt's" series, a live-action depiction of the world 20 years after the popular anime "Chibi Maruko-chan." Hirose, who plays "Premium Maruko-chan," appears in a red summer dress and toasts with beer while enjoying her vacation.
The new commercial, "Premium Malt Ko-chan Grand Canyon," shows Premium Maru-chan, played by Ito Sari, and Premium Hanawa-kun, played by Joe Odagiri, traveling by helicopter to the World Heritage Site "Grand Canyon" for a summer vacation.
