Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara, known as "Rikuryu," who won Japan's first-ever gold medal in figure skating pairs at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, appeared in the August issue of the women's magazine "Katei Gaho" (Sekai Bunka Publishing), which went on sale July 1st.
The feature, titled "Summer Yukata Fun as Styled by Riku Miura + Ryuichi Kihara," spans 10 pages.
The two women change their favorite yukata in the morning and evening, enjoying a special summer day where they can wear different styles of clothing than Western clothes. They showcase stylish outfits ranging from sophisticated patterns typical of Edo-style yukata to original half-and-half designs that pay attention to matching the patterns of two bolts of fabric.
