The 51st episode of the NHK morning drama series " Kaze,Kaoru " (NHK General, Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM, etc.), starring Ai Mikami and Juri Kosaka, aired on June 8th, and viewers reacted in various ways to Shimaken (Masaya Asadora ), who wrote an article about the prostitute Yunagi (Honoka Murakami).
Rin (Mikami) visits the newspaper company that published an article about the anti-prostitution movement. The editor-in-chief, Watanuki (Komatsu Kazushige), tells her that very few prostitutes have ever been able to quit their jobs on their own accord. Watanuki asks Yuunagi to join the movement, but Rin worries that Yuunagi will be put in danger, asking, "Are you saying I should be a human sacrifice?"
Meanwhile, an article was published in the newspaper. In the article, Yuunagi's name was changed to Yuugao, but anyone who read it would immediately recognize it as Yuunagi. Rin went to see Usaburo (played by Bandō Yajūrō) at Mizuho-ya to ask if he had asked the newspaper to write about Setsu.
Shimaken was also there and confessed that he was the one who wrote the article. Rin was confused as to why he would do such a thing, but Shimaken replied that he deliberately wrote it in a way that would make it clear it was Yuunagi. He then said, "Newspapers... words have power. If the world finds out about Yuunagi, then surely..." but Rin retorted, "Surely what will happen? Yuunagi might end up in a much worse situation. No! I'm sure it will." Usaburo tried to defend Shimaken, but Rin became furious and stormed out of the store.
On social media, various comments were made, such as "Shimaken has taken a big gamble," "I wonder if he wrote it thinking it would make Rin-chan happy...it's sad," "Shimaken must have thought it would move public opinion," "It's unbelievable that Shimaken would write something like that without even listening to the people involved," "I wondered what Shimaken was doing, but I'm optimistic that it's okay since Usaburo didn't stop him," "I can't believe it, but is he in the same position as Kajitani in ' Bakebake'?", "Shimaken was different this morning than usual!", and "Even though we both want to help,
