Episode 10 of the TV anime "Ganbare! Nakamura-kun!!", based on Harunori's "classic BL comedy" manga, titled "New Discovery! After-School Study Session!! / Exciting! Love Bento Autograph Session!!", will air on TOKYO MX and other channels from late night on June 3rd.
"A New Discovery! After-School Study Session!!" is an episode that takes place during exam period. With only one day left of exams, Nakamura heads to the library to study, but it's full. Nakamura is about to go home when Hirose, who was already studying, calls over and they end up studying together at the seat next to each other. Not much studying happens, and time just passes by until it's lunchtime, and they all head to a family restaurant.
In "Exciting! Love Bento Autograph Session!!", Nakamura participates in an autograph session to commemorate the anime adaptation of "Love Bento!". While thinking about what he wants to tell the author about his feelings for "Love Bento!", he spots Kawamura, who is also participating, near the venue. He tries to get away with it by disguising himself so as not to be recognized.
"Ganbare! Nakamura-kun!!" is a popular series that depicts the fantasies and reckless actions surrounding the unrequited love of shy high school student Nakamura Otokoto for his classmate Hirose Aiki, all in a nostalgic 1980s-90s style. The manga is published by Heroes. The anime is directed by Umeki Aoi, who also handles the script and character design. Drive is producing the anime. Chiaki Kobayashi voices Nakamura Otokoto and Sakakibara Yuki voices Hirose Aiki. It is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other channels.
