Bandai is releasing "CSM Grongi Belt Gedorudo," an adult-oriented toy of the Gedorudo belt used by the Grongi in the tokusatsu drama "Kamen Rider Kuuga." It will cost 34,100 yen.
Gedrood will be commercialized as part of the "COMPLETE SELECTION MODIFICATION (CSM)" series. Each group's buckle will reproduce the distinctive surface irregularities and weathering paintwork. The Geger Ring will reproduce the unique sculpting of both the early and late versions without reusing parts. The use of clear parts for most of the figure will result in an appearance close to that seen in the show.
The sound gimmick features a function that allows the base buckle to individually recognize each group buckle. Pressing the three buttons on the top of the main unit activates transformation sounds into monster forms, attack sounds of each monster, explosion sounds, and more. Lines in the Grongi and Rinto languages are also included. A total of 160 voice lines are recorded for 11 characters. All 6 background music tracks from the show are also included.
Pre-orders will be accepted from 4 PM on May 22nd at "Premium Bandai," the shopping site of the Bandai Namco Group. Shipping is scheduled for November.
