The fourth episode of the TBS Sunday drama "GIFT," starring actor Shinichi Tsutsumi, will air on May 3rd (Sundays at 9 PM).
In the previous episode, Keijiro (Honda Kyoya), a young man with a bad reputation, joined the wheelchair rugby team "Blaze Bulls," but his self-centered behavior ruined the team's mood. To Keijiro and his teammates, Hitoka (Arimura Kasumi) said, "I believe that 'love' will surely turn into strength," and taught them the importance of caring for their teammates by facing wheelchair rugby head-on.
In episode 4, when Bando (Keitatsu Koshiyama) falls after colliding with Keijiro, his mother Yoko (Mari Nishio) reacts in an overly exaggerated way. Hino (Michiko Kichise) tells Keijiro and Hitoka about the events of three years ago that caused the reaction.
Gotetsu sees through Bando's abilities. He likens Bando to a planet and Yoko to a giant satellite orbiting it, and after considering how Bando can shine and finding the answer, he goes to meet Yoko.
Later, a crack is discovered in Keijiro's "rugby wheelchair," and he asks wheelchair craftsman Takamizu (played by Hiromasa Taguchi) to repair it. However, Keijiro enrages the notoriously difficult Takamizu. On top of that, the rugby wheelchair is severely damaged and beyond repair.
Meanwhile, something unusual happens to Hitoka's father, Hideo (played by So Yamanaka).
