The first episode of the drama series "Error," starring actresses Mei Hata and Mirai Shida, aired on April 12th on ABC TV and TV Asahi (Sundays at 10:15 PM), and it has been revealed that the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region) was 3.5% for households and 1.9% for individuals.
The drama tells the story of "atonement" and "forgiveness" between two people who should never have met: one who has committed an irreparable mistake and the other who suffers because of it. It is a human suspense story in which Nakata Yume (Hata), who caused the death of a certain woman, and Osako Mio (Shida), the only daughter of the deceased woman, develop a friendship without knowing the truth, and eventually find themselves torn between guilt and friendship.
In the first episode, Yume Nakata is seen observing the scene from a distance, which has been cordoned off. Since "that day," Mio Osako has been struggling to come to terms with the death of her mother, Misato. Yume, who happens to be working for a moving company, extends a helping hand to Mio. In her hand, for some reason, is Misato's will, which Mio had been longing for... and so the story unfolds.
