Actress Yu Aoi appeared at a press conference in Tokyo on April 8th for the new commercial of "Bifidus Yogurt Double Bifidobacteria" (Morinaga Milk Industry). When asked about balancing work and private life, Aoi candidly admitted, "I'm still not confident about this myself. If you ask me if I'm 100% happy with myself when I'm working... when it comes to raising children and working, I haven't come up with an answer that I'm satisfied with."
Amidst all this, Aoi spoke about the 49th Japan Academy Prize awards ceremony, which she attended, saying, "At the Academy Awards the other day, I exchanged words of encouragement with other people who are raising children while working in the same field. It made me realize that we all share the same feelings about balancing both life and family. The presence of people in the same position is a great source of support for me." Regarding her private life, she revealed, "I just laugh a lot with my children and husband. That's what my days are like."
"Bifidus Yogurt W Bifidobacteria" is the first large-capacity plain yogurt in the "Bifidus Yogurt" series in approximately 17 years, and is the first in Japan to have bifidobacteria that have the functions of "reducing abdominal fat" and "improving the intestinal environment." It will be released nationwide on April 14th. The new commercial featuring Aoi, titled "From My Gut, I Am," will begin airing nationwide from April 21st.
