The popular TV Asahi variety show "Zawatsuku! Friday" (Fridays at 6:50 PM, except in some regions), featuring talk segments with Chisako Takashima, Yoshizumi Ishihara, and Kazushige Nagashima, will air a segment on March 27th in which Takashima travels by train to "Tokyo Dream Park," a new multi-purpose entertainment complex that opened in Ariake, Tokyo. For Takashima, who loves driving, this will be her first time riding a train in about 37 years.
Takashima said, "I'm getting nervous..." as she boarded the Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Line (commonly known as the Yurikamome), which connects the city center with the Odaiba area, from Shimbashi Station. It was also her first time riding the Yurikamome.
Inside the train, he sat next to Shigeo Takahashi of the comedy duo "Savanna," who was accompanying him, and was very excited, saying, "It's been a long time since I've sat like this!" He reminisced about his time commuting by train as an elementary school student and revealed that he used to play pranks on the station staff he became friendly with after seeing them every morning, but something "shocking" happened.
As the Yurikamome train approached the Rainbow Bridge, the topic of Takashima's appearance in the hit movie "Bayside Shakedown 2: Blockade the Rainbow Bridge!" (2003) came up. At the time, she received an offer from NHK's historical drama series, but she explained why she didn't pursue acting.
Takashima has revealed that he was once a victim of a special fraud by a perpetrator who claimed to be "Tanaka from the Wangan Police Station." When the Tokyo Wangan Police Station comes into view from the window of the Yurikamome train, the unpleasant memories resurface, and there is a moment when he can't help but yell.
