A promotional video (PV) titled "Pre-Release PV" for " Assassination Classroom Assassination Classroom : Everyone's Time," a brand new theatrical film based on the popular manga by Yusei Matsui , has been released on YouTube. The PV begins with Koro-sensei's resolute statement, "I lived my life to the fullest. No matter what kind of graduation I face, I will have no regrets," and then shows a condensed version of the year in Class 3-E. The new song "Machine Gun and Compass" by the special character unit "Class 3-E Song Team" (Nagisa, Kayano, Karma, Isogai, and Maehara) will be featured in the film, and the song was unveiled in the PV.
"Machine Gun and Compass" will be included as a bonus track on the best album "Anime ' Assassination Classroom' 10th Anniversary Music Collection," which will be released on March 18th. It was also announced that Nagisa's solo song "Anti-Love song" will be included as a bonus track.
As a bonus for purchasing online movie tickets, an original smartphone wallpaper featuring original artwork of Nagisa and Karma, titled "Special Edition: Targeting Koro-sensei," will be available. This offer is only valid for four days, from March 16th to 19th.
A stage greeting event following the film's release will be held on April 5th at Shinjuku Wald 9 (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo). Titled "Release Commemoration Stage Greeting - Behind the Scenes Time," the event will feature Jun Fukuyama, who plays Koro-sensei, screenwriter Makoto Uezu, and producer Naoto Shoji, who will share anecdotes that can only be told after the film's release and behind-the-scenes stories of the 10th anniversary project.
"Assassination Classroom" is a manga that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from July 2012 to March 2016. The story follows Koro-sensei, a mysterious creature who evaporated 70% of the moon, who becomes the homeroom teacher of Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School, a class full of underachievers, and the students attempt to assassinate him.
The TV anime aired from January to June 2015 and again from January to June 2016. A theatrical film, "Assassination Classroom : 365 Days," which combined a compilation of the TV anime with new original episodes, was released in 2016. A spin-off, "Koro-sensei Q (Quest)!", was also adapted into an anime. A live-action film starring Ryosuke Yamada of " Hey! Say! JUMP " was also released.
The new theatrical film was produced to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the TV anime series. It will feature completely new animated episodes that have never been animated before. It will be released on March 20th.
