Odaiba Wangan Medical Center is trialing a "medical tourism" program that allows foreign tourists to receive comprehensive medical checkups. Staff members selected from each department are mobilized to act as attendants, and Takano (Baba Toru) and Song (Huh Pung-beom) from the neurosurgery department are chosen, as they are fluent in foreign languages.
Koonami (Hashimoto) and others are unhappy with the sudden decision, but are persuaded by Nakata (Mukai Osamu) and reluctantly agree. A week later, when medical tourism begins, the hospital is filled with groups of foreigners pulling suitcases, just like a tourist spot.
Meanwhile, as her condition stabilizes, Otomo (Takuma Otoo) informs Song that Natsumi Shiozawa (Mari Hamada), a patient for whom he had been in charge of post-operative care, suddenly wants to leave the hospital. Koonami speaks with Natsumi in place of Song, who has become busy dealing with tourism.
Natsumi has undergone catheter surgery for right carotid artery stenosis, and Koonha has decided that she needs to be monitored for a little longer. Natsumi is cheerful, but her husband, Shoichi (Shimizu Shin), is often away on business overseas, and she seems to be feeling lonely.
A few days later, Shoichi visits Natsumi in her hospital room. Seeing Natsumi talking with Shoichi, Koonami is worried about something...
Meanwhile, the neurosurgery department is being overwhelmed by medical tourism, making it as busy as an ER (emergency room). As the staff show signs of fatigue, a foreign patient who was a medical tourist and had to undergo a re-examination requests, "I want to be treated now."
Koonha decided that the situation was not urgent and refused to take action. However, upon receiving the report, Nakata questioned Koonha, asking, "Why did you make that decision on your own?" Koonha responded, "If things continue like this, we will be short-staffed and will make a mistake in judgment, leading to an irreparable accident."
Written by Nemoto Nonji, this hilarious medical entertainment follows Hashimoto as Tagami Kotoha, a former delinquent girl who, after her best friend dies in an accident, studies hard to become a neurosurgeon and brings a breath of fresh air to the medical field.
