It was announced on February 2nd that Aniplex has acquired all shares of EGG FIRM, a company that plans and produces anime, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
EGG FIRM has produced hit works such as "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation" and "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?"
The company says that there will be no change to the business operations, stating, "Through collaboration between the two companies, we will further strive to create new works and contribute to the further development of the animation industry."
