The third episode of the TBS Tuesday drama "Mirai no Musuko" (Tuesdays at 10pm), starring actress Shida Mirai, aired on January 27th. The encouragement sent by Saori, played by Nishino Nanase, to her best friend Mirai (played by Shida) was well-received by viewers.

Saori met Mirai at the call center where she started working part-time after moving to Tokyo after graduating from high school. She respects and supports Mirai, who never gives up and pursues her dreams.
Saori heard from the future that she had been given the lead role for the first time in the theater company's next performance. "You did it! I'll go see all the performances! I've been working hard for the past 10 years, so I'm really happy," she said with joy.
Meanwhile, Mirai blurted out, "If I give birth to Souta (Amano Yu) five years from now, does that mean I gave up on my dreams and chose this instead?" She shed tears and said, "If everything I've built up over the past 10 years, and everything I'm working so hard on now, has all been for nothing...at what point did I give up on my dreams?"
Saori, who has seen Mirai's hard work up close, encouraged her by saying, "I think the time that Mirai has devoted to acting is genuine." She also gave her a cheer, saying, "No matter what choice Mirai makes in the future, I will support her with all my might!"
On social media, the show became a hot topic, with comments such as, "Na-chan is the best in the role of Saori," "Saori's lines are great," "Saori is such a nice girl," "Saori is such a good friend," "The combination of Shida Mirai and Nishino Nanase is great," and "Saori's presence is a great relief, as she honestly says, 'I'll support you with all my might no matter what choices Mirai makes in the future.'"
The drama is based on the popular manga "My Future Son: A Son Came Down From Heaven After 10 Years of Singles!" written by Kumiko Aso and illustrated by Hajime Kuromugi. Mirai, who is unsure about love, work, and dreams, suddenly becomes a mother. Through raising a child, she learns about living with others and supporting each other, and the story depicts her rekindling her life.
