The second episode of the drama series "DREAM STAGE" (TBS, Fridays at 10pm), starring actor Nakamura Tomoya, aired on January 23rd. The scene in which Nakamura's character, Azuma, pats the head of NAZE's manager, Suisei (played by Ikeda Eliza), became a hot topic among viewers.

Azuma headed to the Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) venue and negotiated for an appearance by showing close-up footage of NAZE to casting director Sakai (Takasugi Mahiro) and others.
The close-up footage also showed Suisei desperately bowing her head, begging to have NAZE perform at their live show. Azuma said, "Not only are they clumsy, but their manager is just as clumsy, if not more so. It's a real problem. But seeing her try so hard makes the other members try so hard too. Seeing that makes her try even harder. We support each other with all our might to make our dreams come true. On the day of TGC, seeing the other members performing on stage, Suisei's eyes lit up and he exclaimed, "Amazing..." With NAZE's live event not coming together, Suisei was so cornered that he even had his resignation letter hidden in his pocket.
Azuma patted Suisei on the head and said, "What we do is a job that involves taking responsibility for people's lives. Of course, that requires a sense of responsibility and a vision that looks ahead. But more than that, I think what's needed is the ability to make sincere efforts to support and lift others up, like you. This team needs Endo Suisei. Nice to meet you."

"DREAM STAGE" is the story of producer Jun Azuma (played by Nakamura), who was expelled from the industry for causing trouble, and seven dropout trainees from a small Korean entertainment agency who form a boy group called "NAZE" and work together to achieve their dreams.
