The fourth episode of the drama series "Drama Choose! 'Rakudatsukkon'" (TV Tokyo, Tuesday midnight 12:30), starring actress Rio Uchida, will be broadcast on January 27th.
In episode 4, Chiharu (Uchida) finds a photo of Emiru (Nakamura Yurika) naked with a man's arm around her head on the smartphone of Nao (Matsumoto Daiki), who has been blackmailing her.
With information provided by Nao, it is revealed that the man in question is Kaito (ISSEI), a popular live streamer. Meanwhile, Tsukasa (Ito Kentaro), who has reached his limit of patience being caught between Emiru and his mother, is growing closer to the office worker Umeda (Kawashima Suzuharu). "I want to know the true face of that woman who took everything from me." When Chiharu finds out that Kaito is Emiru's favorite, she tries to get closer to him.
The drama is based on Mei Yamada's manga "Rakutotsukkon ~The Talented Woman is Chosen~," which became a hot topic for its depiction of an "ugly pregnancy battle between an ex-wife and a current wife." Chiharu marries Tsukasa, a psychiatrist, after many years of dating, but is unable to have children, and is feeling depressed. Then, a young woman named Emiru, who is pregnant with Tsukasa's child, appears before Chiharu... and so the story unfolds.
