A press conference was held for the quiz special "Senbiki: The Answer Is Just Draw a Line," which will be broadcast on Nippon Television from 3:00 PM on January 3rd (excluding some areas), and was attended by Seiya and Chiaki Horan of Chiaki Horan, and Hidaka Ukisho of ACEes, who had just finished recording.
This program has aired special programs in the past, and this is the third installment. Questions such as "Connect the correct zebra tail with a line" and "Add two lines to make a compound word" are all answered by drawing a line.
Ukisho recalled with a smile, "The atmosphere in the studio was amazing. It was cool to see everyone taking the quiz so seriously. With the questions projected onto the LED floor and us holding big pens (and drawing lines) to solve them, it felt like a new kind of quiz show, and it was really rewarding!"
Horan commented, "I was surprised that just by drawing a line, we could create so many different quizzes. To be honest, when I first heard about the idea, I wondered how it would turn out, but after experiencing it for myself, I realized that just breaking through a single line can make for such a fun program."
Seiya revealed, "It was a close match between me and Horan," and Horan responded, "It was a team competition, but there were many times when we each answered one question at a time, and I often found myself answering at the same time as Seiya. I think we were very close (laughs)."
