On November 21st, idol group Hinatazaka46 held the final show of their nationwide tour "Hinatazaka46 ARENA TOUR 2025 'MONSTER GROOVE'" at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), completing the approximately two-month tour.
For Hinatazaka46, this was their first nationwide tour since the graduation of all of the original first generation members, with the new lineup of second to fifth generations. Starting in September, they held a total of 13 shows in six cities: Miyagi, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Aichi, Osaka, and Tokyo. Despite the three weekday days at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium, many fans came to see them, and Kanemura Miku smiled and said, "I'm so happy that everyone came to see us, with all three days sold out!"
The day kicked off with "NO WAR in the future 2020," featuring the group's ace leader Nao Kosaka and Kanemura at the center. Kanemura's shout of "Give it your all in this tour finale!" sent the crowd into a frenzy. The performance was a fun, new venture, with the members playing samplers, electric guitars, keyboards, and drums, all mixed into a dance-focused track.
Kosaka, who served as the tour leader, expressed her gratitude, saying, "I was happy to be able to see all the members' smiling faces so much throughout this tour. By bringing smiles to the Ohisama (nickname for Hinatazaka46 fans), the members naturally started smiling as well. Over the past two months, I've gotten to know many of the members' good points and it's been a wonderful time seeing the Ohisama smiles. I'd be happy if I was able to give them even a little bit of energy. Thank you so much, it was a lot of fun."
Towards the end of the event, captain Takahashi Mikuni gave a speech, saying, "When I face the current situation of the group, there are times when I feel regretful and frustrated. But it is because I have overcome those feelings that I am able to have days like today where I can laugh from my heart." She concluded by saying, "With the staff who treat us with love and Ohisama who are always on our side and helping us, there are still many more sights I want to see. I would be happy if you continue to walk side by side with Hinatazaka46! Please continue to support Hinatazaka46."
After the concert, it was announced that the group will release their 16th single, "Cliffhanger," on January 28, 2026. On April 4th and 5th, they will hold a 7th anniversary concert, "7th Hina Birthday Festival," at Yokohama Stadium.
