The 35th episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Bakebake " (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM and other times), in which Akari Takaishi plays the heroine, was broadcast on November 14th, and viewers were drawn to the actions of Kan'emon ( Fumiyo Kohinata) after witnessing Toki's (Takaishi) determination.
Toki's family finds out that she is Heaven's (Tommy Bastow) maid. Furthermore, Tsukasanosuke(Takashi Okabe), Fumi (Chizuru Ikewaki), and Kan'emon also find out about Tae (Keiko Kitagawa), who has become a beggar. Just as Toki's family is about to question her about keeping quiet about Tae, Sannojo(Rihito Itagaki) arrives at the Matsuno household.
When Sannojo tries to return the money Toki gave him, Toki tells him, "Now is not the time to say such things!" and adds, "If you want to save my aunt, then give up yourself and take this!" and "If you still want to do it yourself, then work hard and give this money back someday!"
Toki says she will give Sannojo 10 yen every month, but Sannojo doesn't say anything. When Fumi says, "I'm telling you, you can have it,"Sannojo replies quietly, "I'll take it too." Fumi snaps, "You said 'I'll take it,' right?", to which Sannojo bows and says, "I'll take it!"
Fumi asks Kan'emon, who has been watching this exchange, "For Lady Otae's sake, can I let Toki continue working as Heaven-sensei's maid?" Kan'emon was vehemently opposed to Toki working for a foreigner, but seeing Toki's determination, he hands her a wooden sword, saying, "From tomorrow...take it with you." When Toki hesitates, saying, "But I don't know how to use it..." Kan'emon says, "In that case, I'll train you," making the family laugh.
Later, on his way to Heaven's house for work, Toki wears the wooden sword Kan'emon gave him. When Heaven sees him, he mutters, "Ahh... what a silly boy." Toki tries to pull out the wooden sword, but it's too long and he can't pull it out properly. Heaven watches with a smile as Toki is confused and asks, "Huh...? Huh? Why?"
