The fifth episode of Fuji TV's Wednesday 10pm drama "If This World Were a Stage, Where Would the Dressing Room Be?" (Wednesdays at 10pm), written by Koki Mitani and starring Masaki Suda, aired on October 29th. The episode depicted a scene where rookie scriptwriter Horai (Ryunosuke Kamiki) meets Happun Shrine's shrine maiden Juri (Hamabe Minami), which caused a stir on social media.

In episode 5, a meeting is held at the WS Theater on the first day of the performance of "A Midsummer Night's Dream." After stage director Ban Sakusa (Nomaguchi Toru) explains the schedule for the day, Kube Mitsunari (Suda) loudly declares, "The Kube Theater Company is launching," and the theater erupts in cheers.
Meanwhile, Egashira Ronpei (Bando Yajuro), the head priest of Hachibun Shrine, and Juri arrive at the WS Theater to perform a purification ritual. Ronpei grins as he sees Koda Rika (Nikaido Fumi) pass by in front of him, and Juri is disgusted by the sight of her father.
An altar was then set up on the stage of the WS Theater, and the purification ritual began. In the serene silence, Hisabe gazed upon the stage with extraordinary emotion... and so it unfolded.
In the episode, there is a scene where Juri and Ronpei come to the WS Theater for an exorcism and Horai greets them as an assistant director. When Juri turns around, Horai is captivated. He then stammers, "Come in... Please... This way..." as he guides Juri and the others in.
On social media, Kamiki and Hamabe played a married couple in the NHK Asadora drama "Ranman," which will be broadcast in the first half of 2023, and there were many excited comments about the two "meeting." Comments included, "The two from Ranman have met!", "I was watching "Moshigaku" but Ranman has started," "The Asadora couple has come to life," and "The Ranman couple is so heartwarming."
