WOWOW will be exclusively broadcasting seven films from the popular anime " Space Battleship Yamato Space Battleship Yamato Series and Film."
Seven works will be broadcast to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the TV series' first broadcast in October 2024. All 26 episodes of the first TV series, " Space Battleship Yamato," will be broadcast in one go on December 21st.
On December 27th and 28th, six films will be broadcast: "Space Battleship Yamato: The Movie," a re-edited version of the first TV series; the second film, "Space Battleship Yamato: Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato , Warriors of Love," the TV special "Space Battleship Yamato : New Voyage," the third film, "Be Forever Yamato," the fourth film, "Space Battleship Yamato: The Final Chapter," and the fifth film, "Space Battleship Yamato: Resurrection." "Space Battleship Yamato : The Movie" and "Space Battleship Yamato: Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato , Warriors of Love" will be 4K remastered versions.
