◇The following contains spoilers.
In episode 4, with the opening night of Mitsunari Kube's (Suda) "A Midsummer Night's Dream" just one day away at the WS Theater, Rika Koda (Fumi Nikaido), Shogo Horai (Ryunosuke Kamiki), and others are busy making final preparations. Meanwhile, Kiyohara (Shingo Bando) from the Association of Shinto Shrines has come to the office of Hachibun Shrine. Juri (Minami Hamabe), a shrine maiden who has reached her limit of patience with the disruption of discipline, pleads with Kiyohara, saying, "I want to leave as soon as possible."
Meanwhile, due to a complete lack of preparation, Kube confesses his true feelings to Horai, saying, "We're definitely going to fail!" To which Kube responds, "Let's do our best."
Later, during the dress rehearsal at the WS Theatre, Kurosaki (Yuta Ozawa) and his friends burst in, angry that Hisabe has stolen the perlite (the lighting used on stage). Kurosaki berates Hisabe in front of the WS Theatre troupe members, but Tony, Rika and the others continue the dress rehearsal regardless. Kurosaki continues watching the dress rehearsal in a daze, then gives up on the perlite and tries to leave the WS Theatre, but Tony, who has been waiting for him, stands in his way.
"I'd like to see the performance again. Tell Hisabe that," Kurosaki said, but Tony ignored him and stood in front of the actor who had been with Kurosaki in the previous "Lysander showdown." "What is it?" the actor asked nervously. Tony showed him the script and asked, "It's this scene...Lysander doesn't have any lines at all. What should I be doing?" The actor replied in surprise, "I don't have anything to do so I'll just sit there in silence," to which Tony quietly bowed and said, "Thank you," before leaving.
Tony's appearance asking his rival for advice became a hot topic on social media, with comments such as "Tony is so honest lol," "Tony asking 'What should I do?' is too cute," "He asks that lol," "Tony is such a cute guy," and "How adorable."
