This week's New Releases brings you information on new comics. Approximately 300 major comics will be released between October 20th and 25th. The first volume of "Mobile Suit Gundam Eight," a completely new alternative series to the Gundam series, commemorating the 24th anniversary of the founding of "Monthly Gundam Ace" (KADOKAWA), will be released; the first volume of "Moyashimon+," a new work based on the popular manga "Moyashimon" by Ishikawa Masayuki, which has been adapted into a TV anime and a live-action drama; and the 11th volume of "Are There No Gals Who Are Kind to Otaku!?", which has been announced to be adapted into a TV anime in 2026.
On October 20th, the 11th volume of "Are there any gals who are kind to otaku!?" will be released, as well as the 12th volume of "Tamon's B-Side", which will be adapted into a TV anime starting in January 2026.
On October 22nd, the 20th volume of "Kakegurui," which has been adapted into a live-action film and an anime, will be released.
On October 23rd, store shelves will stock the first volume of "Mobile Suit Gundam Eight" and "Moyashimon+," as well as the 13th volume of "Mieruko-chan," which has been adapted into a live-action film and anime; the 5th volume of "To Walk in Space with You," which was selected as the Grand Prize winner of the 2024 Manga Awards; the 7th volume of "Outside Director Shima Kosaku" from Hirokane Kenshi's popular "Shima Kosaku" manga series; and the 175th volume of the long-running "Cooking Papa."
On October 24th, the 21st volume of "The Four Brothers of the Yuzuki Family," which has been adapted into a TV anime, will be released.
