To commemorate the release of " Scarlet, " the latest animated film by director Mamoru Hosoda, known for "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" and " Summer Wars, " on November 21st, it has been announced that Friday Road Show (Nippon TV, Friday 9pm) will be broadcasting Hosoda's films for four consecutive weeks starting from November 7th.
On November 7th, the program will broadcast "Wolf Children" (2012), the first film produced by Hosoda's production company, Studio Chizu; on the 14th, it will broadcast " The Boy and the Beast Who Leapt Through Time" (2006), Hosoda's first film as a freelancer. Each program will be broadcast in its entirety.
The "Mamoru Hosoda's Works and Thought Experiments Exhibition," a collaboration between the "Thought Experiment Exhibition," an event themed on "personal immersive experiences," and Hosoda's works, will be held on the first basement floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) from November 21st to December 21st.
