The first episode of the TBS Tuesday drama "Jaa, Anta ga Tsukutte Miro yo It" (Tuesdays at 10pm), starring actors Kaho and Ryoma Takeuchi, aired on October 7th. Regarding Shirasaki Rui (Maehara Mizuki), a junior colleague at the company of Ebihara Katsuo (Takeuchi), comments such as "He's a really nice guy" and "Maehara is perfect for the role" were made on social media.

The original work is a manga of the same name by Natsuko Taniguchi, currently being serialized in the digital comic magazine "Comic Tanto" (Bunkasha). Yamagishi Ayumi (Kaho), who always puts her lover first, and Ebihara Katsuo, a patriarchal man who believes that "it's only natural for a woman to cook!", have been dating since their university days. After living together, Katsuo proposed marriage, but Ayumi's response was an unexpected "no way." Through cooking, Katsuo reexamines the things he took for granted and grows as a person.
Shirasaki loves cooking and is in charge of all the cooking at his girlfriend's house, where he lives with her. He looks coldly at Katsuo, who firmly believes that "cooking is a woman's job," but he is a kind and caring character who cannot be left alone.
Katsuo's first attempt at making Chikuzenni didn't go well, and he decided, "I'm never cooking again!" During his break at work, he invites Shirasaki to go for lunch, but he has brought his own lunch. Shirasaki suggests, "How about we go to the park together? The nature there is lovely," but Katsuo rejects the suggestion, saying, "Two guys on a picnic would be weird." The two decide to go to the company cafeteria.
When Katsuo asks Shirasaki in the cafeteria, "Is that your girlfriend's homemade lunch?", Shirasaki replies, "As I said the other day, I'm in charge of cooking at home." Katsuo responds, "That's true. Your girlfriend doesn't cook for you," but Shirasaki calmly replies, "I like cooking."
Regarding the meat and potato stew she had in her lunchbox, Shirasaki revealed, "It's surprisingly easy. The only seasoning is noodle soup." However, Katsuo called her out, saying, "Cooking with noodle soup is heresy," and "You're taking shortcuts." Having reached her limit, Shirasaki said, "You keep making fun of me like that, but you don't even know what noodle soup is made of! Excuse me," and left the place.
The next day, Katsuo invites Shirasaki, saying, "Do you like somen noodles? I made some noodle soup. Do you want to try it?" At Katsuo's suggestion, the two decide to go to the park together.
After eating the somen noodles with the noodle soup made by Katsuo, Shirasaki commented, "It's delicious!" After exchanging bentos with Katsuo, Shirasaki said, "Please have my bento too. The fried shrimp is crispy." He then apologized for his rudeness from the previous day.
