A digest video of the second season of the TV anime "Love Live! ! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club" and the OVA (original video animation) "Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club NEXT SKY," based on the popular "Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: The Final Chapter," which will be released on November 7th.
It was also announced that stage greetings will be held at theaters in Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, and Nagoya on November 16th, the second week of release, and November 23rd, the third week of release. On November 16th, they will be held at Midland Square Cinema (Nakamura Ward, Nagoya), Kino Cinema Kobe International (Chuo Ward, Kobe), and Osaka Station City Cinema (Kita Ward, Osaka), with Murakami Natsumi, Hayashi Koko, Koizumi Moeka, and Uchida Shu appearing on stage. On November 23rd, they will be held at MOVIX Kyoto (Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto) and Namba Parks Cinema (Naniwa Ward, Osaka), with Kubota Miyu, Hayashi Koko, and Tanaka Chiemi appearing on stage.
Nijigasaki High School Idol Club began activities in 2017, following in the footsteps of Love Live!'s μ's and Love Live! Sunshine!!'s Aqours. The series follows the members of the School Idol Club at Nijigasaki High School, a private high school in Odaiba, Tokyo, as they strive to become the number one school idol, sometimes as rivals and sometimes as friends. The first season of the TV anime aired from October to December 2020, and the second season from April to June 2022. The first chapter of the "Final Chapter" was released on September 6, 2024.
