"Dandadan" Episode 24 "Clash! Space Monster vs. Giant Robot!" Synopsis

Episode 24 of the TV anime " Dandadan ," based on the popular manga by Yukinobu Tatsu that is currently being serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," entitled "Clash! Space Monster vs. Giant Robot!" will be broadcast late at night on September 18th on the MBS/TBS late-night anime slot "Super Animeism TURBO."

Using the nanoskin that Momo's house is made of, Momo and her friends create a giant Buddha robot to fight the space monsters. Kinta pilots it, and with Momo's psychic powers and Aira's hair abilities, they try to turn the tide. Meanwhile, Okarun and Jiji, who had been ejected from the Buddha robot, land in a rice field.

"Dandadan" began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in April 2021. It depicts Momo, a high school girl from a family of psychics, and her classmate Okarun, an occult enthusiast, as they confront a succession of mysterious events. The comic has sold over 10 million copies in total. The first season of the anime aired on Super Animeism TURBO from October to December 2024. The second season will be directed by Fuuga Yamashiro and Abel Gongora and produced by Science SARU.
