The 35th episode of the NHK Taiga drama " UNBOUND (Berabou) " (General TV, Sunday 8pm and others), starring actor Ryusei Yokohama , entitled "The Two Paths of Mistaken Kite Literature and Martial Arts", was broadcast on September 14th, and Fujima Sawako, who appeared as "Woman" in the 30th episode "Imitation Utamaro" (broadcast on August 10th), reappeared as "Kiyo".
" UNBOUND (Berabou)" is the 64th taiga drama and depicts the life of Tsutaya Juzaburo(or "Tsutajyu" for short), who is said to have laid the foundations for Japan's media industry and pop culture. The script was written by Yoshiko Morishita, who is known for her work on the highly talked-about "Drama 10: Ooku," which aired on NHK two years ago.
In the 35th episode, "Bunbunido Mankoku Dooshi" (The Two Arts of Literature and Martial Arts, the Thousand Koku Comprehensive Strategy) mocks Sadanobu's (Inoue Yuki) politics. However, when Sadanobu sees this, he misunderstands it, and instead the reforms gain momentum, leaving Tsutae (Yokohama) with mixed feelings. Meanwhile, he learns from the Yomiuri that Sadanobu has become an assistant to the shogun.
Utamaro (Shota Sometani) reunites with Kiyo (Fujima), who once collected paintings from an abandoned temple, and has a change of heart. At Edo Castle, Ienari (Kairi Jō) fathers a child with a maid from the inner palace... and so on.
One day, Utamaro takes Kiyo to visit Tsutaju. He informs Tsutaju that his master, Toriyama Sekien (Kataoka Tsurutaro), has passed away, and tells him that he and Kiyo "want to start a family." Utamaro says, "I want to do it properly," and shows Tsutaju a "laughing picture" that he had not been able to draw before. Tsutaju smiles happily and expresses his gratitude to Kiyo.
When Utamaro reunited with Kiyo, viewers on social media responded with comments such as, "Oh, that girl!", "Oh, she's deaf?", "Kiyo-chan is cute," and "She's a cute person. I wonder if she will be a salvation for Utamaro." Some even called her "Utamaro's muse."
During the scene announcing the couple's marriage, congratulatory messages were sent out such as "Utamaro-kun is starting a family," "Congratulations, Utamaro-chan," and "I hope Utamaro-chan will be happy," as well as comments such as "He's found someone he wants to draw. That's great...," "He's Utamaro's muse," and "Utamaro has grown. I couldn't be happier."
