Drama "Shiawase na Kekkon" Episode 7 Synopsis

The seventh episode of the TV drama " Shiawase na Kekkon " (TV Asahi, Thursdays 9pm), starring actor Sadao Abe , will be broadcast on August 28th.

Kou ( Reo Tamaoki) turns himself in to the police as the culprit in the murder of Nuse Yuto (Takashi Okabe) 15 years ago. He decided to come forward after learning that suspicion was once again falling on his niece Nella (Takako Matsu) as a result of the reinvestigation.

Kou begins to tell detective Kurokawa Ryuji (Yosuke Sugino) about what happened 15 years ago. When he visited the studio, he witnessed Fuse strangling Nera. He instinctively picked up a candlestick that was nearby and hit Fuse in a panic, causing her death. However, Kurokawa senses something is off.

Nerla's father, Hiroshi (Danda Yasunori), finds a note left behind by his younger brother, Kou. He reads the letter together with Kotaro (Sadao Abe), Nerla, and Leo (Rihito Itagaki), and learns the truth of what happened 15 years ago. At the request of the deeply shaken family, Kotaro goes to meet Kou as his defense attorney. However, Kou stubbornly refuses to defend Kotaro.

As a result of Kotaro's arrest, Kotaro's work has decreased dramatically, and he will no longer be appearing on his regular program, "News Hope." Nella is also forced to take a leave of absence, and the two of them are forced to stay at home. While Kotaro ponders the dramatic change in his life, Leo, who looked up to Kotaro like a mother, is deeply shocked...!?

The script was written by Shizuka Oishi. Although it is a family drama, it is billed as a "marriage suspense" that questions the love between husband and wife.
