Additional cast members announced In the Clear Moonlit Dusk

It has been announced that Aya Yamane and Momoko Seto will be appearing as voice actors in the TV anime " In the Clear Moonlit Dusk ," based on the manga by Mika Yamamori currently serialized in "Monthly Dessert" (Kodansha). Yamane will play Tone no Bara, a first-year high school student who loves boys' love, and Seto will play Hibiya Hisashi, a first-year high school student whose favorite food is love talk.

The film is a love story between Takiguchi Yoi, a girl nicknamed "Prince" for her good looks and smart demeanor, and Ichimura Kohaku, a senior student who is also nicknamed "Prince." Ichinomiya Rei plays Takiguchi Yoi, and Ryota Suzuki plays Ichimura Kohaku.

Yamane commented, "It's a very catchy work with a style never before seen before, with princes x princes. I think the rhythm when you're reading, or rather the perfect timing, is what makes it so appealing! And it's great that it makes everyone want to root for Yoi-chan...! Yamamori-sensei's illustrations are just too beautiful, and no matter what moment you capture, it stays in your mind, and the more you read it, the more you fall in love with Yoi-chan and Kohaku-senpai - that's what makes it so appealing!"

Seto said, "I think one of the charms of this work is how the gazes of those in love are depicted. Every single frame is so sparkling and lively...! It feels like the characters drawn by Yamamori Mika-sensei exist in the three-dimensional world we live in. Even with just one line of dialogue, the fluctuations of emotions are delicately expressed in the timing... Let's get excited together!!"

The anime will be directed by Yusuke Maruyama and produced by East Fish Studio. It will air on TBS from January 2026.
