"Anpan" Episode 101: Viewers are surprised by the reappearance of two characters

The 101st episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " (General TV, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM and other times), starring Mio Imada , was broadcast on August 18th, and viewers were drawn to two characters who reappeared.

In episode 101, Yagi ( Satoshi Tsumabuki) establishes a new company called Kyushu Cotton Center, and Nobu (Imada) and Taka (Takumi Kitamura) go to celebrate.

"Nobu-san, it's been a while. This is Akira from under the railway tracks," greeted the young man, Akira (Saito Tomoaki), a war orphan. Nobu replied, "Is that Akira?" and Taka was surprised, saying, "He's grown up so well." Akira smiled and said, "I'm still an apprentice, but President Yagi is training me hard."

Their first hit product was beach sandals, which were originally gifts that Yagi delivered to an orphanage. When Taka muttered, "Are those rubber sandals?", a familiar man called out, "No, not rubber sandals, say beach sandals." The man was Kasuya (Tanaka Shunsuke), the leader of the Kokura Regiment's senbu squad. Taka immediately recognized him and asked, "Are you Squad Leader Kasuya?" Kasuya replied, "Stop it. It's not like I'm a soldier anymore. I'm working under Yagi now."
