To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the broadcast of the Super Sentai series, 50 popular episodes from 49 works and 50 teams will be broadcast in one go over 25 hours on CS TV Asahi Channel 1 for "Super Sentai 50th Anniversary: My Number One All-at-once Broadcast" (8:00 a.m. on August 2nd). The 50 episodes to be broadcast have been revealed.
From the first series "Himitsu Sentai Goranger" (1975-1977) to the latest "No.1 Sentai Gozyuger" (TV Asahi, Sundays at 9:30 am), the show will feature one popular episode each from 49 works and 50 squadrons.
From the first series, "Himitsu Sentai Goranger," the first episode, "The Crimson Sun! Invincible Goranger," which could be considered the origin of the series, will be broadcast. Other episodes that will be broadcast include "Chojin Sentai Jetman," episode 13, "The Labyrinth of Love," which depicts a love story just like a trendy drama, "Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger," episode 1, "Space Pirates Appear," which features the 34th Sentai, and "No.1 Sentai Gozyuger," episode 1, "Savior Number One!", the latest series currently being broadcast on terrestrial TV.
