It has been announced that PokePark Kanto, the first permanent facility based on the popular Pokemon game and anime, is scheduled to open within Yomiuriland (Inagi City, Tokyo) in spring 2026.
"PokéPark Kanto" will be a facility where you can meet many Pokémon and enjoy various events. It will be divided into two areas: "Pokémon Forest," where you can observe the ecology of Pokémon in the forest, and "Kayatsu Town," where you can purchase merchandise, and there will be a total of 600 Pokémon.
"Pokemon Forest" is a forest with a walking path that is about 500 meters long. In this "world where Pokemon exist," you can observe Pokemon running around, battling, playing in groups, and showing various expressions and behaviors up close, and take photos with them.
To welcome visitors from all over the world, "Kyatsuri Town" will have a market with a wide variety of goods, exciting attractions, and a parade featuring Pokémon.
Tickets are scheduled to go on sale in the fall of 2025.
