A new series by Shuichi Shigeno , known for manga such as " Initial D" and "MF Ghost ", called " Subaru and Subaru", will start in the 34th issue of the manga magazine "Young Magazine" (Kodansha), which will be released on July 22nd. This will be his "fastest return" since "MF Ghost", which ended its serialization in February.
The new series is a manga following "Initial D" and its "successor" "MF Ghost." The story follows the year after Takumi Fujiwara's student Kanata Rivington dominated the road racing MFG, Subaru Sato from Gunma and Suisei Kudo from Kanagawa are fired up to take on the challenge.
The worlds of "Initial D" and "MF Ghost" will overlap, depicting the "true legend of the fastest car on the highway" created by the two "Subarus."
