The drama is a love story that begins when the pet dogs of Aiko Hanamura, a cool lawyer who doesn't believe in love, and Kai Shirasaki (Ryo Narita ), a "complicated veterinarian" who can only love animals, fall in love with each other. Na In-woo , who appeared in the Korean drama " Marry My Husband ," makes his first appearance in a Japanese drama as the heir of a Korean family.
Aiko is a "complicated woman" who, while perfect at her job, grew up watching her parents' feud and has lost faith in romance and love. She dotes on her pet dog, Sakura, which she recently got.
While Aiko is walking with Sakura, she meets Kai with his big fluffy white dog, "Shogun." Sakura and Shogun seem to have instantly fallen in love, but Aiko dismisses it, saying, "Get a grip, Sakura. It's an illusion. Love is an illusion. A momentary distraction. It's a kind of self-hypnosis that you create on your own."
Aiko looked at Kai with a cold expression, who insisted that "it's an animal instinct to be attracted to each other like this." Kai suggested that they go for a walk together for the sake of the two of them, but Aiko flatly refused, saying, "There's no need for that!"
On social media, comments such as "I like the cool Kiyohara Kaya," "I'm really drawn in by Kaya's facial expressions," "Kiyohara Kaya is great. I like the character who acts tough but also shows a glimpse of her weakness," and "I'm looking forward to seeing Aiko, who tends to be complicated and sulky, gradually soften in expression."
