It has been revealed that the movie " Kimi ga Tokubetsu " starring the actress Mei Hata and Kazuya Ohashi of the popular group " Naniwa Danshi " will be made into a TV drama. The story will be told from the perspective of the Crown Prince, and will include the subsequent story of Sahoko played by Hata and Kota played by Ohashi.
" Kimi ga Tokubetsu" is based on the manga of the same name by Momoko Koda, who is known for works such as "Heroine Disqualified," "Sensei Kunshu," and "Ata no!". It is a love story depicting the romance between Wakaume Sahoko (Hata), a dark-haired, glasses-wearing "gloomy girl" who hates handsome men due to past trauma, and Kirigaya Kota (Ohashi), the leader of the national idol group "LiKE LEGEND" that everyone knows. It also attracted attention for featuring members of various popular groups such as Kimura Keito from "FANTASTICS" and Jyutaro Yamanaka from "M!LK."
In addition to the story of Sahoko and Kota, the drama will also depict the frustrating love story between LiKE LEGEND's Asuma Kanato, played by Kimura, and national actress Nanase Emika, played by Nako Yabuki Nako, as well as the stories of the unique members of LiKE LEGEND.
