It has been announced that a T-shirt collection, a collaboration between the works of manga artist Yazawa Ai, who is celebrating her 40th anniversary since her debut this year, and Uniqlo's T-shirt brand "UT", will be released on July 11th. The T-shirt collection features illustrations and motifs that symbolize each of the four works, "No Angel," "Neighborhood Story," "Paradise Kiss," and "NANA," and also features Yazawa's signature. Yazawa has devised and drawn coordination illustrations to match the designs of each T-shirt, and these have been released.
T-shirts with illustrations of Nana Osaki from "NANA" drawn by Yazawa for the collection will also be released. The T-shirt worn by Nana Osaki features Hachiko. The Hachiko illustration from the T-shirt will appear as a stamp on "UTme!", a service that allows you to create original T-shirts and tote bags from Uniqlo.
The T-shirts cost 1,500 yen each.
