"Ultraman Omega" All Directors and Scriptwriters Announced

It has been announced that Yasushi Kochi, Ryuichi Ichino, Noriyuki Suzuki, Kiyotaka Taguchi, and Takanori Tsujimoto will be involved as directors in the new special effects drama "Ultraman" series "Ultraman Omega." Masayoshi Takei, known for "Ultraman R/B" and "Ultraman Decker," will serve as the main director of the new work, with Toshizo Nemoto and Junichiro Ashiki in charge of series composition.

It was also announced that Masaya Honda, Akio Miyoshi, Yukinobu Tsuruta, Takao Nakano, Nobukatsu Kodama, Ryo Yoshigami, and Hirotaka Adachi will be taking part in the scriptwriting.

Starting from June 30th, countdown messages from Director Takei, the main cast, and theme song artists will be posted daily on YouTube and other official SNS accounts until the day before the broadcast begins. Starting from June 28th, the video distribution service "TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION" will be streaming the "Ultraman Arc THE MOVIE Grand Finale Stage Greetings" held on May 17th.

The main character of "Ultraman Omega" is Okida Sorato, an alien (Ultraman) who suddenly falls from the sky onto an Earth where neither heroes nor monsters exist. Sorato transforms into Ultraman Omega and fights monsters, and becomes a partner with the Earthling Hoshimi Kosei, in order to answer the question, "Why does Ultraman protect the Earth?" Actor Shori Kondo plays the main character Sorato. The series will be broadcast on TV Tokyo every Saturday at 9am from July 5th.
