Bandai will release a role-playing toy for adults of Black Beat, the rival warrior from the special effects drama "Juukou B-Fighter" that aired from 1995 to 1996, called "Black Commander & Jamming Magnum Set 30th ANNIVERSARY EDITION." To commemorate the 30th anniversary of "Juukou B-Fighter," toys of the Black Commander, the transformation item used by the rival warrior Black Beat, and the Jamming Magnum, the weapon item, will be released. The price is 24,200 yen.
In addition to the Black Commander and Jamming Magnum, the set includes a Black Beat figure, Mini Hero Black Beat, to be used with the Black Commander. The figure comes in two versions: painted and clear.
The Black Commander is fully painted in gunmetal, and the base mold that is exposed when the parts are deployed is painted in a three-layer structure. New lines are included, such as the shout of Shadow (Tsuchiya Keisuke) before transformation and the introduction of Black Bee (Sakino Shunsuke) after transformation. Lines from battle and conversation scenes can be played. "Black Cross BLACK BEET." and the sound of the transformation sequence are also played.
The Jamming Magnum is painted gunmetal and uses die-cast parts in various places. The muzzle is equipped with a purple LED. The gun can be switched between Jamming Magnum Mode and Stinger Butte Mode by cocking the gun, and attack sounds can be played in Jamming Magnum Mode. Black Beat's lines during attack scenes are also included. In Stinger Butte Mode, attack sounds from both Wire Mode and Sabre Mode are included, and the lines spoken when using the Stinger Butte are also played.
Reservations will be accepted from 4pm on June Getsuku on Bandai Namco Group's shopping site "Premium Bandai". Shipment is scheduled for December.
