It has been announced that socks created as a collaboration between the Momoko Sakura-based anime series "Chibi Maruko-chan" and "Coji-Coji" and the sock specialty store "Kutsushitaya" will be released on May 2nd. The lineup will include eight items with designs of each character. There will also be a custom embroidery service where you can choose from eligible products and have them embroidered on your socks.
The collaboration items include "Chibi Maruko-chan Gingham Embroidered Short Socks" (3 types, 1,760 yen each) featuring Maruko embroidered on gingham checked socks, "Coji-Coji Multi-Border Embroidered Socks" (3 types, 1,760 yen each) featuring Coji-Coji embroidered on multi-border patterned socks, "Chibi Maruko-chan Manga Tag Socks" (3 types, 1,980 yen each) and "Coji-Coji Manga Tag Socks" (3 types, 1,980 yen each) featuring frames from the original manga.
Customers who spend over 2,750 yen, including the collaboration socks, will receive one of two "Chibi Maruko-chan" and "Coji-Coji" sock keychains on a first-come, first-served basis.
