Cocomi, the eldest daughter of Takuya Kimura and Kudo Shizuka, a flute player, attended the premiere screening of the animated film "Kaitou Queen's Elegant Vacation" held in Tokyo on April 21. Cocomi, who appeared in a girly white outfit, revealed her ideal vacation in reference to the title of the film.
Cocomi said, "My favorite country is France." She added, "If I could take a vacation, I'd like to go to Paris and relax, visiting museums and attending concerts in churches and other places."
Yamato Yuuga, who lives in Paris and was the voice actor for the main character, Queen, told me, "Please call me when you do!", so we promised to meet again in France.
The "Kaito Queen" series is a novel by Kaoru Hayamine, and has been popular since its publication in March 2002. It depicts the exploits of the phantom thief Queen, who flies around the world in an airship and steals whatever prey he sets his sights on. More than 1.2 million copies have been published in total. The anime "Kaito Queen Loves the Circus" was released in June 2022.
The second animated film is about the protagonist Queen, who is challenged by his nemesis Satchmo Wilson, the president of Satchmo Corporation, and boards the luxury cruise ship Royal Satchmo with his partner Joker and the artificial intelligence RD. Cocomi voiced Princess Irma, the princess of the Gooko Kingdom.
