The variety show "Platinum Family" (TV Asahi affiliate, excluding some regions), showcasing the lifestyle of the "luxury family = Platinum Family," will begin regular broadcasts on April 15. The first episode will be a three-hour special, featuring Keiko Aoki, wife of the late Rocky Aoki, founder of the teppanyaki restaurant chain "BENIHANA," which is mainly based in the United States.
Keiko is known as a talented businesswoman and is said to be the "most active Japanese woman" in New York's high society. The program closely follows her life in the super-luxury New York apartment "Olympic Tower," where US President Trump once lived.
The program will begin regular broadcasts from this day. The birthplace of the three Koshino sisters will be shown on television for the first time, and the home of world-famous violinist Eriko Sumi will also be featured.
