Actor Rikka Ihara recently appeared on stage at the opening day greetings for the movie "Boy and Dog" (directed by Takahisa Sese, currently showing) in Tokyo. She showed off her slender upper arms in a mature black outfit consisting of a black sleeveless top and a sheer skirt.
The top was designed like a layered bustier. She paired it with black platform sandals, which enhanced her style even more. Her short hair was tucked behind her ears, and the ear cuffs added an accent to the look.
The film is based on the novel "Boy and Dog" (Bunshun Bunko), which was awarded the 163rd Naoki Prize by author Hase Seishu. The story is about a dog named Tamon who lost his owner in the Great East Japan Earthquake and wanders from Iwate, and travels to Kumamoto over the course of five years, interacting with the people he meets along the way. Actors Takahashi Fumiya and Nishino Nanase star in the film. Ihara plays Nakagaki Mayumi, the older sister of Nakagaki Kazumasa, played by Takahashi, who works while caring for her mother who has dementia.
Takahashi, Nishino, Hitomi Miyauchi, Yura Kimura, Director Sese, and the dog Sakura also appeared at the event.
