Shinichi Dojima ( Koichi Sato), who had been recuperating, returns to the Command Section 3. When Dojima, seated at the command desk, receives a call, the caller asks, "Could this be you, Dojima?" When Dojima answers, "Yes, but...", the caller says, "Good. I'm finally able to speak. I'm going to prove your incompetence. Listen carefully," and hangs up the phone.
Shortly afterwards, Kasuhara (Kiyono) receives a report that someone witnessed a building explosion...
