The seventh episode of the Sunday Theatre drama " Mikami Sensei " (TBS, Sunday 9pm) starring Tori Matsuzaka was broadcast on March 2nd. The head teacher of the third year at Rintoku Gakuin, Mizohata Kan, played by Takaya Sakoda, became a hot topic on social media.

After seeing the fax that had arrived at the school, the chairman of the board, Kodai (Kazuki Kitamura), scolded Mizobata, saying, "That sounds like a lot of fun. A mere high school teacher (Mizobata) having a secret rendezvous with a bureaucrat at a traditional Japanese restaurant. Didn't you think that it was beyond your means?"
He claims, "I thought it would be better to meet and talk in person," but Kodai mistakenly says, "You're quite the attention-seeker, Mizobata-san."
Mizobata, whose name has been called incorrectly by Kodai many times before, pointed out, "It's Mizohata." Kodai then corrected him, saying, "That's right. That's a problem, Mizohata-san."
The topic turned to the shoplifting incident involving Shiiba (Sakura Kiryu) from class 3-2. When Kodai asked her, "She's tarnished the reputation of Rintoku. Shouldn't she be expelled at the very least?" Mizobata couldn't hide his surprise, saying, "Expelled for shoplifting?" Kodai pressured him, saying, "I think that's the extent of what she did."
After that, Shiiba was expelled once. The students collected signatures and directly appealed to Kodai to ask for the cancellation of Shiiba's expulsion and the establishment of a relief system for students whose home environments had deteriorated. Kodai told the students, "Let's consider it."
Meanwhile, Kodai told Mizobata, "Our students are politically conscious. You knew this would happen, right?" Mizobata countered, "It was Chairman Kodai who said to expel her, wasn't it?", but Kodai pointed to the collected signatures and said, "I told you that this is the extent of what she did, but in any case, this is the result," implicitly questioning where the "responsibility" lay.
